of Ethics: Robert
Turner Electric Company Incorporated is in business to supply a
service to the customer and, in return, make a reasonable profit for
services rendered and materials supplied. We hold high the ideals of
honesty, fairness and respect for others.
Honesty
means giving the customer the best electrical work possible at the
agreed price. We will always
follow the codes of the local government authority, using the
National Electrical Code rules as our minimum standard.
Fairness
will be maintained in our pricing and quality of parts being
supplied. We will always
use new parts and materials and warranty them for a period of no
less than 30 days. Should it be necessary to install used parts, the
customer will be informed of this information and it is to be priced
accordingly.
We will always give respect
to the customers we meet
and the builders for whom we work. Respect for us is something that
can only be earned by upholding the ethics and rules supported by
God. Whenever we have a problem that does not seem to have an easy
solution, we will refer to WWJD, “What would Jesus do?”
Do the right thing, in the right way, for the right reason.
